Dan Ervin and Rick Harbert are some of the Northwest’s leading peer review experts. Dan was selected to staff the City of Issaquah’s Major Development Review Team in 1996 and has been continuously involved in that project, which won the Kennedy School of Business Award for Innovations in Government.
